Experience personalized hypnotherapy sessions with Kat, where she guides you into a state of deep relaxation combined with powerful guided visualization to unlock your mind's potential for self-improvement and healing. Whether your goals are to improve your relationship with food and self, overcome anxiety, quit smoking, or manage pain, our sessions are crafted to meet your unique needs. Utilizing advanced hypnotic techniques, we work on reshaping behaviors and beliefs at their core, providing a safe, healing environment for growth and lasting transformation.

All sessions are 2 hours long and include an individualized hypnotic recording to support your healing.

Join us every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month at 5:30 PM PST for our interactive Wednesday Wellness Class.
