I’ve been where you are. I know what it feels like to…

  • Go to bed every night feeling guilt and shame for how you ate during the day, and promising yourself that tomorrow you’ll finally get your diet under control… only to wake up the next day and repeat it all in a vicious cycle

What does emotional eating look like?

So many of us think of excess weight as a food problem, when it’s actually an emotional problem. Especially for those of us who learned to use food as a way to find comfort, love, friendship, safety, or to punish ourselves.

Emotional eating happens when someone is running away from an emotion. That could be sadness, boredom, loneliness, or tiredness, or any negative emotion you want to avoid. With emotional eating, it doesn’t matter what the food is – sure, you’d love a Snickers bar, but you’ll settle for whatever is nearby.

Cravings happen when you want to run towards a food that makes you happy. Whether it’s the memory of grandma’s cookies or ice cream at the beach during the summer, you’re craving that nostalgic feeling in the form of food. So you’ll drive out of your way, you’ll order it online, you’ll do anything to get your hands on that food.

Overeating happens when you aren’t listening to your body. Your body says no more, but you can’t bring yourself to stop because you’re not in the right emotional state to listen to it.

When you’ve experienced one or all of these for most of your life, it can feel impossible to break those habits.

But the truth is, you CAN change your relationship with food to overcome emotional eating – but it won’t happen through another fad diet, starving yourself, or sheer willpower.

What you’ll learn

Week 1: Set Your Goals

Discover my unique strategies to identify & set the perfect goals that will support you in redefining your relationship with food.

You’ll dig into your desires and reality to discover what really brings you joy (which isn’t always what you think it is!).

And you’ll learn my morning routine visualization process, which guides you in loving yourself more and calms your nervous system so that you aren’t in a constant state of freaking out any more.

Plus a special meditation to help you integrate it all!

Week 2: Shift Your Emotional Reality

This week, I’ll walk you step by step through how to use an emotion wheel to figure out what you’re really feeling. This is one of the best things you can do to understand your habits around food!

You’ll learn why LOVEBOMBING yourself is such a great tactic to shift your reality and I’ll teach you how to do it!

And you’ll get 2 tapping scripts: a fill-in-the-blank script to help you work through whatever issues you need support with in that moment; and a script on overcoming resistance to change to help you beat one of the biggest challenges my clients experience during this course!

Week 3: Beat Food Cravings

Now that you have a foundation of transformational tools, it’s time to dive into your relationship with food.

Sparks of Joy is my technique to cure food cravings, which I’ll be breaking down step by step.

You’ll start tying all these different modalities together – tapping, meditation, visualization – so you can continually use them in your daily life. Even when you get busy and distracted!

Week 4: Address Your Actions

Actions speak louder than words. With Guided Truth Tapping, you’ll get into what you’re doing and not just what you’re saying so you can actually change your behaviors - not just your thoughts.

You’ll also get an intro to shadow work so you can peek behind your blind spots to actually find out what your truth is.

Plus, I’ll guide you through stream of consciousness tapping to help you lose weight.

Week 5: Inner Child Healing

This week, you’ll experience inner child healing around trauma and your relationship with food.

You’ll learn how to use your inner child as a guide to find out where in your body and your subconscious mind you are hurting.

You’ll identify the main emotions around your trauma so you can locate the pain in your body and heal it.

Week 6: Expedite Your Results

This week, we’ll put everything together!

Integrating what you learn on a somatic level is so important to make sure this work really changes your life and stays with you long after you end this program. That’s how you can lose weight and sustain weight loss!

I’ll also share ideas to trigger yourself so you can work through issues around food faster and overcome these challenges for good.
